Controlling the slide show
These Terms and Conditions apply to the hiring of our Chauffeur driven cars:
- Booking times are normally calculated from time of pickup, until drop off time (depending on location).
- Extra time for delays, etc. if required, will be charged at a rate of $25.00 per ¼ hour per car.
- 20% deposit is required on all bookings, and the balance to be paid 14 days or more prior to the wedding.
- All prices quoted include GST and are subject to a final quote depending on any special requests.
- Getaway service is for 1 car only and a maximum of 1 hour from the booked time of pickup, unless otherwise agreed.
- Extra time for post reception night photos, if required, the getaway car will be charged at the rate of $25 per ¼ hour.
- 20% cancellation fee applies.
- Confirmation in writing on the letter of Agreement stating pickup times and addresses of your home, church and reception venue, is required.
- Telephone confirmation one week prior to the wedding required.
